Аннотация

Soon after the beginning of the Paris Peace Conference, in January 1919 the US President W. Wilson and the British Prime minister D. Lloyd George, searching ways to end bloody Civil war in Russia, tried to assemble for special meeting at Prinkipo Islands the representatives of the most influential governments existed on the territory of the former Russian empire, including the Bolsheviks. The article analyzes the White Russians’ forces negative reaction for the initiative – that practically killed it.
