Аннотация

The internal history of the Russian-American Company has not been studied yet in detail. Some aspects of the administrative machine performance of the Company cause a debate both among home and foreign historians. The present article is devoted to the beginning and activity of the Provisional Committee and Special Council of the Russian-American Company. Must attention is devoted to these Organs in relationship between the Company and Government of Russia. On the basis of archives documents analysis which haven not been in science use before one can draw a conclusion about the absence of these Organs control functions. The Provisional Committee and Special Council were the advisory structures and played the role of the intermediary in relationship between the Company and the Government of Russia.
