Аннотация

The Article is dedicated to the problem of Russian-American company Main Office transformations. The composition, functions and relations of the Russian-American company directors with the government of Russia have been considered by author on the base of wide archive documents complex usage. In the early period of Company existence it’s directors were elected from merchants solely. Then the managing posts have been occupied by the representatives of military and civil departments. The reasons of directors council social composition changing and the character of it’s influencing on the decision making process were investigated by author of present article.
