Аннотация
The article deals with the ratification campaign of 1787–1788 in Massachusetts, which was then a key state of the Union. The Federalists’ propaganda techniques are thoroughly analyzed. Much attention is paid to the public opinion of the state and to the debates of Massachusetts ratification convention.
