Аннотация
The paper deals with the creation and development of the Slavophil image of America. Its formation is considered in comparison with the views of America developed by French romantic and German classical philosophical thought. The author shows differences as well as common traits of the Slavophiles’ views of America. Special attention is paid to the historical context in which Slavophil thought was developing.
